4. IQF Freezing
Individual Quick Freezing at -40°C locks in nutrients, flavor, and texture. Each piece freezes independently, preventing clumping.

5. Packaging
Frozen products are packed in food-grade materials in hygienic conditions. Various packaging options available as per customer requirements.

6. Cold Storage & Dispatch
Products stored at -18°C to -25°C until dispatch. Temperature-controlled logistics maintain cold chain integrity throughout delivery.
